My good friend, Craig Sroda, is finishing up his second book called YOU in the SWEET SPOT. It’s a workbook to help navigate people to know their strengths, understand their why and to live life with purpose and on purpose.
He describes “the sweet spot” as that place where a person’s natural strengths and passion intersect. To get to that point is a process, but it is worth the time and effort because it results in being able to live with more balance and happiness while performing better at work and in relationships.
Craig is a certified life planner and I’m thankful that he took the time to create his book and programs that are all aimed at developing people to live and lead with more intention and purpose.
