Riding the Bike

In order to ride a bike its got to be moving. The momentum helps make it work. If your life or job feels stagnate, you might not be moving fast enough. Or you need to add something to it in order to make it more interesting.

Between sleep and naps, the mind and spirit as well as the body like to be active, not idle. They need exercised. They want to get on a bike and ride it. As soon as the bike comes to a stop, they will also stop, and so will your progress toward your goals.
