Sometimes it is a helpful practice to ask questions. The right questions at the individual, group or corporate level can expose problems, create solutions, inspire ideas and bring about the best results.

Here are some questions to consider for yourself and your organization:

Do I contribute my best? Am I helpful? Can I accept criticism? Do I take instruction? Do I clean my area and keep my stuff organized? Do I accept change? Where should I change? What else should we do? Are customers happy? Do they understand us? Do we understand them? Do I have goals? Do I know the company’s goals? Do I worry to much or too little? Do I play well on the team? Am I tired?

These are just some ideas to start with. You can build off of these and keep asking the right questions. The answers will drive to improvement.
