Breaking a Sweat

Some people don’t like to break a sweat. Something in life gets hard or tough and instead of plowing ahead with the effort it takes to get through or finish, they slow down or quit. They’d rather take another way around the hill.

It is said that nothing worth having comes easy. Look at the athletes. Their achievements come only after the work, and the sweat.

Sweating is actually good for you. By sweating you boost your endorphins, lower the risk of kidney stones, catching a cold or developing a case of zits. You also detoxify your body.

Break a sweat. It will help you reach a goal. And it will make you healthier.
